The Emerging Revolution

 

I attended two TEA Parties on 4-15-2009. The first was on Staten Island where about 1,500 of my fellow citizens showed up to express their discontent with the direction this nation is heading. The second was in Manhattan where 10,000 or so New York Patriots voiced their opposition at a greatly expanding, reckless spending and highly oppressive federal government.

I plan to use this page as a rally point to continue the movement to restore Liberty and Common Sense to our Republic. Republic ... a word almost gone from the American vocabulary because this nation no longer is functioning as the Republic it was founded to be.

I have myself to blame for being in the Silent Majority for too many years. Freedom requires participation from its citizens to remain free and other than voting I've not been as vocal and active as I should. I also believe I'm not the only one apologizing for my silence ... millions more need to realize that a free republic requires active participation from it citizens for the citizens are the government under a Republic. Without active participation from her citizens liberty dies.

What Will I Do?

Yes it is I not we. I must now assert individual responsibility to take back all that was lost. This is not about Barack Hussein Obama and his administration. It is about the future of this nation. This is about you and me individually. I want you to replace the word WE with I whenever you speak of the need to do something. When you make Freedom's Fight your fight you take ownership of the movement. When you own it its yours and then and only then will the movement succeed.

The things that happen in between TEA Parties is what will restore our Constitutional Republic

STEP 1: RESCIND TARP

I will sign and get two other signatures on a petition to rescind TARP, all Economic Stimulus Packages, and return the money to the people. The government has no money ... it all belongs to the people.

All petitions must include the following: Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi; Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid; Your two State Senators and your House Representative.

STEP 2: BOYCOTT TARP RECIPIENTS

I will not do business with those companies who accept welfare (bailout) money from the federal government. I will do no banking business with banks and other financial institutions taking my tax money. I will not purchase any goods or services with any company taking bailout money (my tax dollars) in any form and I will encourage all the  people I know to do the same.

ProPublica is tracking all bailout recipients, those who REJECTED BAILOUT MONEY, and those returning money: Bailout Tracking

I use the above link to determine with whom I will bank with. JUST SAY NO to doing any business with those accepting institutions accepting bailout money and only do business with those companies REJECTING BAILOUT MONEY. The above link tracks on a daily basis all TARP and Stimulus recipients and how much they received; companies returning TARP funds and how much, Companies rejecting welfare outright.

I will do as much business as I can with those companies refusing to take Government Welfare Money. I will call the companies on that list that have not returned TARP funds and compel them to do so. I will not do any business with any organization until such time they return 100% of my money to the US Treasury. I will not do any business with Bailout recipients until I have evidence they have returned the money as reported by Pro Publica. The government refusing to accept the returned money will not release TARP recipients from my boycott. Getting the government to accept "our" money they call TARP is a separate issue.

So far all the following actions are being undertaken by me toward all institutions accepting corporate welfare in the form of TARP or Economic Stimulus:

• Cancelling all my personal and business credit cards and lines of credit with TARP recipients

• Closing all personal and business banking accounts (checking, savings, investment) with TARP recipients

• Refinance all outstanding personal and business loans and mortgages with companies who have not accepted welfare money

• I will not initiate any new personal or business activities of any kind with TARP institutions

• I will not purchase any automotive vehicle with a company accepting Corporate Welfare

This has not been a pleasant or easy thing to do ... but it MUST be done. When RESTRUCTURING my financial relationships I made sure they knew why I was doing so. On more than one occasion I got "bounced-up" to speak with bank executives who offered me great deals to stay. My question was if I am worthy of such a great deal now why was I not offered it before? I gleefully declined.

The free market system works! Companies whose poor management decisions leads to failure must be allowed to fail. When Government interferes ... everybody loses.

It is a MYTH that any company is too big to fail. The TRUTH is they have become too incompetent to succeed. Strength and Efficiency is what emerges from failure. GM (Government Motors); Citigroup; Bank of America; AIG and all others ARE ALREADY DEAD and we must be allowed to bury them for a corpse behind the wheel on the economic highway KILLS and DESTROYS! Time to bury the corpses and remove the stench of failure and road wrecks cluttering our economy.

STEP 3: PETITION CONGRESS & ADMINISTRATION TO RETURN TARP REFUNDS TO TAXPAYERS

GOVERNMENT CONTROL OVER PRIVATE COMPANIES IS FASCISM!

The government is refusing to accept returned TARP money from those they FORCED to accept it. It seems the change promised by the Obama Administration was a transformation into a fascist state. It seems all branches of the federal government: Executive, Legislative and the Judicial are in love with Fascism, Stateism, Socialism (call it what you will) and all the power that comes with corporate ownership by government which is totalitarianism.

Did not anyone notice that TARP spending is UNCONSTITUTIONAL?

TARP violates the US Constitution for it gives the federal government ownership and control over private enterprise. So why is this happening?

Petition Congress and the Obama Administration to DEMAND the return the people's money.

STEP 4: RESCIND RECKLESS SPENDING AND PORK PROJECTS

The abominable spending that was inserted into the so-called stimulus packages is an affront to the American People who work hard every day to earn a living for ourselves. Congress and the Administration is acting in a shameful and irresponsible manner. I will put it to the federal government as simply as I can:

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

IT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO MERELY STOP NEGLIGENT SPENDING ...

YOU MUST FIRST RETURN ALL THE MONEY CONGRESS PROMISED TO SPEND DURING THE 111th Congress' REIGN OF TERROR!

After you return the people's money you must then exercise control and discipline on how our money is spent.

STEP 5: SMALL BUSINESS TAX REVOLT

I will do everything in my power to get commitments from one million small business owners willing to stop sending to the federal government employee payroll taxes and owners quarterly estimated taxes should it become necessary to enact a bonafide small business tax revolt. This is a very serious step and one that I hope will never manifest. Not withstanding, extreme measures must be seriously considered to regain control over our out-of-control federal government's gross negligence. This is our money and it is the responsibility of small businesses who voluntarily send monthly and quarterly payments to the federal government to be the temporary stewards of the peoples money. Small business owners will uphold our agreement to continue to send tax dollars IF and ONLY IF the federal government begins to operate in a responsible and prudent manner and resume adult behavior. Small business will steward the people's money during times of government financial insanity.

STEP 6: RESTORE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC

This will be the most difficult challenge of all but one that must be done to restore this nation to the government established by our founding fathers ... a Constitutional Republic.

What is a Constitutional Republic?

Constitutional Republic: "A constitutional republic is a state where the head of state and other officials are elected as representatives of the people and must govern according to existing constitutional law that according to the US Constitution limits the government's power over its citizens. There are a number of distinct forms of constitutional republics. In a mixed constitutional republic, executive, legislative, and judicial powers are separated into distinct branches so that no individual or group has absolute power and the power of the majority of the population is checked by only allowing them to elect representatives. The fact that a constitution exists that limits the government's power, makes the several states constitutional. I DEMAND MY COUNTRY BACK!!!

IT STARTS BY RETURNING MY MONEY FALSELY TAKEN THROUGH GROSS MISREPRESENTATION

MISREPRESENTATION is the legal precedent to return my tax dollars to me.

All Branches of government have misrepresented themselves before me in an attempt to garner my vote and/or to exercise unconstitutional control over me. The Executive Branch turned away from a Constitutional Republic by ushering in an era of Progressivism that began with Theodore Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson and has eroded our freedoms ever since; The Congress: Both Senate and House of Misrepresentatives by embracing Progressivism in its various forms but especially through fiscal irresponsibility and unconstitutional programs of big government; The Judicial Branch has misrepresented me by not upholding the US Constitution and the laws of the land by illegally usurping the power of the legislature by creating law rather than interpreting it. All branches have subverted the US Constitution and all parties who have served to bring us where we are today owe me and every other citizen an apology for the serious damage you have caused. Apology or not, I am here to take my country back.

I am Michael T LeCornec and I solemnly vow as a God fearing man of conscience and principle to exercise all my rights, powers and duties as a citizen of this Republic to restore sanity and sound judgment in a non-violent revolution. This is my manifesto and I will seek to gain all helps and administrations from other like minded citizens and organizations of these United States to achieve the successful repeal and dismantling of all progressive programs that have served to cripple this great nation by moving us away from our beloved Republic and headlong into stateism, fascism, socialism and what is now the biggest threat and far worse than all the aforementioned ... TRANSNATIONALISM.
